The grapes harvested at the best moment of maturation are placed in boxes for a light drying. After about 30 days they are pressed and vinification in steel follows. Subsequently, a part of the wine is placed to refine in oak barrels, which allows for a good maturation of the tannins, enriching the structure and complexity. The result is a full-bodied red wine with a high concentration of sugars, aromas and perfumes.
