Wallenburg Trento DOC Pas Dosé, Lt. 0.75

The Classic Method Pas Dosé by Wallenburg has a deep straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The prolonged period on the lees immediately brings to the nose the typical fragrant scent of bread crust, with floral and white pulp fruit notes that emerge after a few seconds. In the mouth it shows excellent acidity and a good persistence of the bubbles.

Excellent with light fish starters, it is perfect for aperitif time.
