The meticulous selection of the grapes is followed by vinification at a controlled temperature (20-30 °) in steel vats. After an aging period of 3-6 months in French oak barriques and in 60 and 90 hl French oak barrels, we proceed to the subsequent refinement in the bottle before marketing.
