Rich and persistent, with hints of vanilla, morello cherry and wild berries. It was born from the experience of over two centuries of the Nardini family in the art of distillation. This copper grappa is aged for at least 7 years in Slavonian oak barrels, perfect for sipping at the end of a meal, with dry pastries and sweets.
Raw material: pomace of multi-variety grapes exclusively de-stemmed.
Production Process: Blend of grappas produced with a continuous / discontinuous system and distillation columns.
Appearance: Light amber with warm hue.
Aromatic profile: Complex profile with multiple nuances attributable to spicy and fruity notes with hints of vanilla, morello cherry and berries.
Taste: Rich and persistent due to the sensations perceived by the perfume.
Alcohol content: 45% vol.
