A wine of great structure, complex, elegant and velvety. It has an intense ruby ​​red colour, a warm spicy bouquet and an aroma of dried fruit. It is in fact produced through the millenary technique of drying. This technique provides that after harvesting the grapes are left to rest for a period ranging from 2 to 4 months in wooden boxes. Traditionally it is paired with game dishes based on grilled braised meat and long-aged cheeses. Uncork the bottle one hour before consumption. Serve at 18-20° C.
